Jeigu gavus prekę į paštomatą ir ją išėmus matote pakuotės pažeidimus - nufotografuokite juos (rekomenduojama dar esant prie paštomato, kad siuntų tarnybai nekiltų abejonių kada siunta buvo pažeista). Jei išėmus prekę iš siuntimo pakuotės matote pažeidimus - nufotografuokite tai ir tą pačią dieną susisiekite su manim tel.+37061511653 arba el.paštu vaisvil.lina@gmail.com. Pažeistą prekę reikės grąžinti(detalės sutariamos telefonu ar el.paštu), o jums bus išsiųsta nauja prekė (po to, kai pažeista prekė bus gauta atgal).

Individualių užsakymų (prekės, kurios gaminamos po užsakymo pateikimo, kai prekės aprašyme yra nurodomas gamybos terminas) keitimas/grąžinimas yra negalimas. Pagal individualų užsakymą modifikuotų prekių keitimas/grąžinimas yra negalimas. Išimtys gali būti daromas derinant individualiai smulkiems gaminiams. Jei kyla abejonių - rekomenduoju susisiekti ir iš anksto aptarti galimybę keisti/grąžinti.

Jei gavus prekę ir ją apžiūrėjus matote, kad netinka spalva, dydis ar modelis - per 14 kalendorinių dienų nuo prekės gavimo (atsiėmimo ar pasiėmimo iš paštomato) susisiekite su manimi. Tai padaryti galite el.paštu vaisvil.lina@gmail.com, telefonu +37061511653 arba užpildę kontaktinę formą puslapyje "Kontaktai". Nurodykite užsakymo numerį ir grąžinimo/keitimo priežastį.

Keičiamos arba grąžinamos prekės privalo atitikti šiuos kriterijus:

• Prekės nebuvo naudojamos (negali būti plaukų, makiažo, kvepalų ar kitų pėdsakų);

• Prekės nebuvo skalbtos;

• Prekės nebuvo sugadintos;

• Prekės yra pilnos komplektacijos ir išlaikiusios savo prekinę išvaizdą;

• Nuo prekių nebuvo nuimtos/nukirptos originalios etiketės;

• Kiekviena grąžinama prekė yra originalioje ir nepažeistoje pakuotėje;

• Grąžinama prekė yra saugiai supakuota į siuntimo pakuotę (t.y. jei nebeturite originalios siuntimo pakuotės - savo lėšomis turite pasirūpinti saugia siuntimo pakuote, už ją ir už siuntimą pinigai nebus grąžinami. Nemokamai prekę galite grąžinti patys Vilniuje iš anksto susitarus.).

Grąžinimo sąlygų neatitinkančios prekės nekeičiamos ir negrąžinamos.

Keičiamų ar grąžinamų prekių siuntimo/pristatymo išlaidas apmoka pirkėjas. Grąžinama tik už prekę sumokėta pinigų suma. Siuntimo išlaidos neapmokamos. Pinigų grąžinimas padaromas per 14 kalendorinių dienų nuo priimtos grąžinamos prekės, kai yra patvirtinama, kad prekė atitinka grąžinimo sąlygas.

If you see damage to the package after receiving the product in the post office (parcel machine) and after taking it out, take a photo of them (it is recommended that you are still at the post office/parcel machine) so that the parcel service has no doubts about when the package was damaged). If you see damage after removing the product from the shipping package - take a photo of it and contact me on the same day by phone +37061511653 or by e-mail vaisvil.lina@gmail.com. The damaged item will need to be returned (details to be agreed by phone or email) and a new item will be sent to you (after the damaged item is received back).

Exchanges/returns are not possible for individual orders (items that are produced after the order has been placed, when the product description indicates a production date). Exchanges/returns of customized products are not possible. Exceptions may be made when combining individual small products. If in doubt - I recommend contacting you and discussing the possibility of exchange/return in advance.

If after receiving the product and inspecting it, you see that the color, size or model is not suitable, contact me within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (picking it up or picking it up from the post office). You can do this by e-mail vaisvil.lina@gmail.com, by phone +37061511653 or by filling out the contact form on the "Contact" page. Please include order number and reason for return/exchange.

Items to be exchanged or returned must meet the following criteria:

• The goods have not been used (there can be no hair, make-up, perfume or other traces);

• The goods have not been washed;

• The goods were not damaged;

• The goods are complete and have retained their commercial appearance;

• The original labels were not removed/cut from the goods;

• Each returned item is in its original and undamaged packaging;

The returned product is securely packed in the shipping package (i.e. if you no longer have the original shipping package - you must arrange a safe shipping package at your own expense, money for it and for shipping will not be refunded. You can return the product free of charge in Vilnius by prior agreement.).

Products that do not meet the return conditions cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping/delivery costs for exchanged or returned goods are paid by the buyer. Only the amount paid for the product is refunded. Shipping costs are not covered. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item, when it is confirmed that the item meets the return conditions.
